Description • Lace Coral form small heads about 6 inches in diameter.with compact knobby forms at the ends of the branches. In protected areas the branches are long and delicate while in more turbulent waters the branches are thicker and shorter. Colonies vary from brown to light brown in color depending on the available light and depth. Deeper depths means darker coral. Habitat • They are faund in shallow calmer waters to 30 feet deep. | |||||
