Lifeguard Station
Lifeguard Station #5 is located on the premises of the Kailua Beach Park. It is run by the Ocean Safety and Lifeguard Services Division and the personnel are officially designated Ocean Safety Officers. They have a long stretch of beach to cover.

Snack Bar
The concession stand is located at the southern end of the beach park in the large pavillion. It is open daily from 8am to 4pm.

City Bus Stop
The Bus Route #70 stops right in front of the middle parking lot of Kailua Beach Park and comes around every hour.
